ABOUT THE TEACHER
Harris Hammer is from Texas, USA. He studied multiple modalities of movement in California while on his own journey of overcoming a childhood diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis. He has been living and teaching in Cascais since 2017.

To live a dynamic life, we all need mobility, range of motion, balance, strength, flexibility and to know how to breathe properly to perform at our maximum capacity and to relax. Like wine, we should get better with age."
