Get up and flow with Vinyasa yoga. This practice focuses on connecting the breath to your movements, which tend to be set at a faster pace than Hatha. This class is all about movement and the flow of energy as you sync the body and the mind together through motion and breath.

Hatha Yoga is about finding balance and is practiced at a slower pace, with focus on the breath, controlled movements, and stretching. In this class, postures are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body.

A great way to strengthen and detoxify the body.

Energising Vinyasa is a strong Vinyasa practice for those who enjoy a challenge! The class begins with a grounding breathing exercise, followed by a vinyasa style warm up. The aim is to build both strength and flexibility. You will be guided safely through the poses and will leave the class feeling warm, alive and refreshed!

Mandala Vinyasa is a dynamic style of vinyasa where we work with a mantra (a statement of intent) and move circularly around the mat connecting movement to breath. The repetition and spiralling quality of this practice allows you to connect on a deeper level!

Restorative Yoga is a restful practice that is all about slowing down the nervous system and opening your body through passive stretching and slow movements. This class will give your body and mind time to rest and restore whilst also promoting health and well being through movement.

Tamsin loves yoga, loves learning about yoga and loves sharing her love of yoga! She is a registered 200hr Yoga Alliance Professionals yoga teacher, a Level 2 Reiki practitioner, a registered Reflexologist and she is trained in myriad aspects of women’s health, including menopause.

Tamsin is passionate about travel and has found inspiration for her own practice from a variety of teachers, in a variety of locations around the world.
Tamsin uses her knowledge of anatomy, physiology and human energies to create classes that aim to strengthen and energise the body. 


It was during her journey as a secondary English teacher that she sought out a health and well-being management system that she could carry with her wherever she went. Yoga has helped her to bring quality of breaths, thoughts and movement to her daily life. It is, she believes, within our own yoga or physical practices, no matter what our age or ability, that we are able to explore, understand and re-energise our bodies and our minds so that health, honesty and positivity are the foundation from which we can build. She can't wait to meet you all on your mats!
