ART WITH EMOTIONS - for kids
explore personal expression through art

on Thursdays - 16:30 - 17:45
from age 6 to 9

A fun and gentle space for kids to explore their feelings through art.

Children will learn how to express what’s inside — joy, excitement, frustration, calm — using colour, shape, and imagination.

Each session, we’ll explore a different feeling through creative activities like painting, drawing, and collage. With guided support from a dedicated art and wellbeing facilitator, kids can discover how to name, understand, and creatively express their emotions in a safe, supportive environment.
